1060 aluminum alloy belongs to the 1xxx series of pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of ≥99.60%, containing only strictly controlled low impurities (iron ≤0.35%, silicon ≤0.25%, other impurities ≤0.05%), and no added strengthening alloying elements such as copper and magnesium. This gives it high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, and low strength.
