Alloy 3003 is an Al-Mn (3xxx series) rust-resistant aluminum alloy. The key alloying element is 1.0%-1.5% manganese, which improves strength and corrosion resistance. Its notable characteristic is its balanced performance between strength, workability, and corrosion resistance. It offers excellent weldability and formability, a lightweight weight of 2.73g/cm³, and moderate thermal conductivity.
